This Free workshop will be held Tuesday, October 30 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Allegany County HRDC, 125 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, MD.
Workshop Topics include overview of homeownership, money management, mortgage products, qualifying for financing, and maintaining your home. Guest Speakers will include local attorney Tara Yutzy Collier, Esq. along with a local real estate agent and local lender.
Registration is required and you must attend the entire workshop to receive a certificate of completion.
